Recipe: Salt-and-Pepper Kale Chips
Ingredients:
6 cups of trimmed kale leaves (about 5 oz/150 g)
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Cooking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 250°F(125°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove ribs from kale leaves and chop them into bite-size pieces. Place kale in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Using your hands, lightly massage kale to coat evenly with oil. Spread kale in a single layer on prepared baking sheets. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until crisp.
